Market Content Sources for the AI Platform

In your demo account, you'll see examples of different views of real content that Rehinged has interpreted. These are meant to allow you to gain a better understanding of what we deliver to customers via a custom account.

We'll continue to add applications to the demo accounts each month. You can find a description of all of the views that we can create here. Also, check out the different case studies.

Content Processed

The content processed by the Rehinged platform is an important step in building out market intelligence dashboards for our customers. As of December 1, 2019, the Rehinged platform has processed over 20,000,000 news articles across 1,700 domains.

We continue to update this every day, processing content that we use for customers, for our own use and for demo account examples.

Content Selected in Each View

For each use case, we work with our customers to determine the selection of content to process. The old adage "garbage in, garbage out" applies here. The AI will process whatever content we feed it. Thus, for each view, we work with our customers to determine the following:

1. 1Specific business question we're answering
2. Types of content that can provide the answers
3. Timeframe to evaluate
4. Perception metrics to evaluate

Then, we evaluate

1. The content from #2 above that we've already processed
2. Additional sources of content to add to the platform

In some instances, customers may want to add their own proprietary content to the public content we provide to gain even deeper insights.

In most instances, customers require multiple views of an application using multiple content filters to "paint a picture" or "tell the story" of how the market is interpreting their topic or object.

For example, a customer might want to view:

• Specific reviews of their product by influencers
• Reviews of their product by end-users
• Interpretation of reviews of their product by specific media sources
• An aggregate of all reviews

These four views, over general and specific timeframes, suffice for numerous case studies on our platform.

The Rehinged platform processes text, which can come from

• Videos (voice to text)
• Audio files (voice to text)
• Documents
